Overview
Hand-knotted in Iran: a Tabriz of 177 × 247 cm. It covers approximately 4.37 m², or 5.8' × 8.1'. Tabriz is one of the oldest and most important weaving centres in Persia.
What it is made of
Stated material: cotton warp, new wool. The rug was hand-knotted throughout. Pile height is given as 5-7mm.

The rug is rectangular. Large enough to hold a full seating group.

The stated knot density is 500,000–599,999 knots/m². A knot count at this level belongs to the upper quality class of handmade rugs.
