§3 Prices and Payment

All prices shown in EUR include statutory VAT unless stated otherwise. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is due at the time of ordering unless another arrangement is agreed in writing.

§4 Delivery

§5 Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until paid for in full.

§6 Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return)

Consumers ordering from the EU/EEA have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving reasons, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. §7 Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply as provided under Austrian and EU consumer law. If goods are defective, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination as provided by law.

We are liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. Liability for slightly negligent breaches of non-material contractual obligations is limited to foreseeable, typical damage.

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.

§10 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your home country remain unaffected.

§11 Final Provisions

If any provision of these GTC is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
