A Qom from Iran, measuring 128 × 194 cm. It covers approximately 2.48 m², or 4.2' × 6.4'. Qom is known for very finely knotted rugs, often in silk.

Stated material: cotton warp, new wool. Construction method: hand-knotted. Pile height is given as 5-7mm.

The rug is rectangular. The format suits the space in front of a sofa, a small dining table, or a study.

The stated knot density is 300,000–399,999 knots/m². At this density even small-scale motifs can be worked out cleanly.
