Overview
A Nain from Iran, measuring 212 × 330 cm. It covers approximately 7 m², or 7' × 10.8'. Nain rugs are traditionally finely knotted, with pale ivory and blue palettes.

The rug is rectangular. At this size the rug defines the room rather than accenting it.

The stated knot density is 400,000–499,999 knots/m². At this density even small-scale motifs can be worked out cleanly.
How it reads
Colour is recorded as Weiß / beige. With traditionally dyed wool, small variations of tone within one field are normal.
