Construction
The pile is Handgesponnene Wolle, on a warp of cotton. The rug was hand-knotted throughout. Weight is given as ap. 10 kg.

The stated knot density is 300,000–399,999 knots/m². At this density even small-scale motifs can be worked out cleanly.
