Hand-knotted in Iran: a Heriz of 288 × 358 cm. The covered area is about 10.31 m² (9.4' × 11.7'). Heriz rugs usually carry a bold, angular central medallion.
Construction
Pile material is given as 100% new wool, warp as 100% cotton. The rug was hand-knotted throughout.

A format for large rooms, with space for an entire seating arrangement.

The stated knot density is 200,000–299,999 knots/m². In the mid range the pattern stays clearly legible without making the rug delicate.
Colour and appearance
It is catalogued under red and orange. Depending on the light and the direction you look from, the surface reads lighter or darker — a property of every handmade rug.
