The stated density is 500,000-599,999 knots/sqm — a solid workshop density. 100% silk & 100% cotton. Silk both in the pile and through the foundation, so the whole rug catches light rather than only the pattern. Small enough (189 × 122 cm) to place where the weave can be seen from close up. Proportion 1.55:1. This is the only example of this rug; when it is gone the size and drawing do not repeat.
