Origin Iran, format 151 × 255 cm — a Nain made entirely by hand. The covered area is about 3.85 m² (5' × 8.4'). Nain rugs are traditionally finely knotted, with pale ivory and blue palettes.

Materials and construction

The pile is 100% new wool, on a warp of 100% cotton. The rug was hand-knotted throughout.

The rug is rectangular. At this size it anchors a living room as the central surface.
