Overview
Hand-knotted in Iran: a Nain of 207 × 298 cm. The covered area is about 6.17 m² (6.8' × 9.8'). Nain rugs are traditionally finely knotted, with pale ivory and blue palettes.
Construction
Construction: 100% new wool in the pile over a 100% cotton foundation. The rug was hand-knotted throughout.

Large enough to hold a full seating group.
Knot density and quality
The stated knot density is 500,000–599,999 knots/m². Very fine knotting of this kind takes many times the working hours and shows correspondingly precise pattern work.
