Origin Iran, format 243 × 336 cm — a Nain made entirely by hand. The covered area is about 8.16 m² (8' × 11'). Nain rugs are traditionally finely knotted, with pale ivory and blue palettes.

Materials and construction

Pile material is given as 100% new wool, warp as 100% cotton. The rug was hand-knotted throughout.

The rug is rectangular. A format for large rooms, with space for an entire seating arrangement.
