Overview

This Tabriz comes from Iran and measures 240 × 171 cm. The covered area is about 4.1 m² (7.9' × 5.6'). Tabriz is one of the oldest and most important weaving centres in Persia.

Stated material: cotton warp, new wool. The rug was hand-knotted throughout.
