Origin Iran, format 245 × 358 cm — a Tabriz made entirely by hand. The covered area is about 8.77 m² (8' × 11.7'). Tabriz is one of the oldest and most important weaving centres in Persia.
Materials and construction
Construction: 100% Schurwolle mit Seide in the pile over a 100% silk foundation. The rug was hand-knotted throughout.
