Hand-woven in Pakistan: a Kilim of 160 × 204 cm. The covered area is about 3.26 m² (5.2' × 6.7').
What it is made of
Weft material is given as 100% new wool, warp as 100% cotton. The rug was hand-woven throughout.
Format and use
At this size it anchors a living room as the central surface.
How it is made
As a flatweave this piece has no pile: front and back carry the same pattern, and it lies very flat.
Colour and appearance
Colour is recorded as multicolour. With traditionally dyed wool, small variations of tone within one field are normal.
