About this rug
Hand-knotted in Iran: a Moud of 298 × 392 cm. That is roughly 11.68 m² of floor, about 9.8' × 12.9'. Moud rugs are known for their fine Herati pattern.
Construction
Construction: 100% new wool in the pile over a 100% cotton foundation. The rug was hand-knotted throughout.
Where it fits
A large format for open-plan rooms or formal reception spaces.
Knot density and quality
The stated knot density is 200,000–299,999 knots/m². In the mid range the pattern stays clearly legible without making the rug delicate.
How it reads
The stated colourway is blue / Türkis. Handmade rugs always show slight colour shifts from knot to knot — that is a mark of hand work, not a defect.
