Origin Iran, format 85 × 135 cm — a Nain made entirely by hand. That is roughly 1.15 m² of floor, about 2.8' × 4.4'. Nain rugs are traditionally finely knotted, with pale ivory and blue palettes.

Materials and construction

Construction: 100% Schurwolle mit Seide in the pile over a 100% cotton foundation. The rug was hand-knotted throughout.

Where it fits

The rug is rectangular. A small format, at home in a hallway, beside a bed, or in front of a bench.
