Hand-knotted in Iran: a Shiraz of 297 × 156 cm. That is roughly 4.63 m² of floor, about 9.7' × 5.1'. Shiraz rugs come from a nomadic weaving tradition.

Pile material is given as wool, warp as wool. The rug was hand-knotted throughout. Weight is given as ap. 16 kg.
