Overview
Hand-knotted in India: a Tabriz of 80 × 299 cm. That is roughly 2.39 m² of floor, about 2.6' × 9.8'. Tabriz is one of the oldest and most important weaving centres in Persia.
Construction
Stated material: cotton warp, new wool. The rug was hand-knotted throughout. Pile height is given as 5-7mm.
