Overview
This Tabriz comes from Iran and measures 180 × 275 cm. That is roughly 4.95 m² of floor, about 5.9' × 9'. Tabriz is one of the oldest and most important weaving centres in Persia.

Pile material is given as 100% Schurwolle mit Seide, warp as 100% silk. The rug was hand-knotted throughout.
