A Nain from Iran, measuring 316 × 261 cm. The covered area is about 8.25 m² (10.4' × 8.6'). Nain rugs are traditionally finely knotted, with pale ivory and blue palettes.

The pile is wool, on a warp of cotton. The rug was hand-knotted throughout. Weight is given as approx. 18 kg.
