Origin Iran, format 81 × 119 cm — a Nain made entirely by hand. The covered area is about 0.96 m² (2.7' × 3.9'). Nain rugs are traditionally finely knotted, with pale ivory and blue palettes.

Materials and construction

The pile is 100% new wool, on a warp of 100% cotton. The rug was hand-knotted throughout.

The rug is rectangular. A small format, at home in a hallway, beside a bed, or in front of a bench.

Colour and appearance
