Hand-knotted in Iran: a Shiraz of 160 × 260 cm. It covers approximately 4.16 m², or 5.2' × 8.5'. Shiraz rugs come from a nomadic weaving tradition.

Stated material: new wool. Construction method: hand-knotted. Pile height is given as 5-7mm.
Where it fits
The rug is rectangular. A size where sofa and armchairs can rest their front legs on the rug.
Fineness of the knotting
The stated knot density is 300,000–399,999 knots/m². At this density even small-scale motifs can be worked out cleanly.
