Overview
Hand-knotted in Iran: a Tabriz of 170 × 242 cm. That is roughly 4.11 m² of floor, about 5.6' × 7.9'. Tabriz is one of the oldest and most important weaving centres in Persia.
What it is made of
Construction: 100% Schurwolle mit Seide in the pile over a 100% silk foundation. The rug was hand-knotted throughout.
