Origin Iran, format 85 × 425 cm — a Tabriz made entirely by hand. It covers approximately 3.61 m², or 2.8' × 13.9'. Tabriz is one of the oldest and most important weaving centres in Persia.

Materials and construction

The pile is 100% Schurwolle mit Seide, on a warp of 100% cotton. The rug was hand-knotted throughout.

Colour and appearance
